This isn’t Century 21.

Real Estate is classic sub pop. Theses indie rockers, hailing from NJ, have been playing together since high school and in my opinion something can be said for hours logged jamming together, even if it was playing covers of Weezer. While they weren’t always Real Estate, this quartet has mastered the seamless delivery of dreamy psychedelic pop.

Their music casts a warm glow on all that it touches, and this specific track, Beach Comber, is the kind of tune that makes you want to kick around in the pacific ocean. Sometimes if you listen really hard, you can almost hear the ocean lapping up on the warm sand. Chiming guitars and ample reverb flow through the veins of Real Estate’s music, but it’s the surprisingly catchy harmonies that make you want to ride this wave all day long….Surf’s Up.

LISTEN TO IT!
